Welcome to PicSpace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PicSpace platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PicSpace ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PicSpace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PicSpace. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

PicSpace maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all users.

2.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:

• • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
• • Infringes on intellectual property rights
• • Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent information

• • Is otherwise objectionable or inappropriate

2.2 Consequences

Violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including but not limited to:

• • Immediate removal of objectionable content
• • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• • Permanent ban from the platform
• • Legal action if applicable

2.3 Reporting and Blocking

Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users at any time. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.

When you block a user, their content will be immediately removed from your feed, and you will not be able to see or interact with them on the platform.

2.4 Content Moderation

We use automated content filtering and human moderation to detect and remove objectionable content. All content is subject to review, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

2.5 Developer Commitment

We commit to reviewing all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon review, we will remove the content and take appropriate action against the user who provided the offending content, which may include account suspension or permanent ban.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• • Maintain and promptly update your account information
• • Keep your password secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

PicSpace offers different account types for models, photographers, makeup artists, studios, and agencies. You must select the account type that accurately represents your professional role.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on PicSpace (photos, descriptions, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

All content must:

• • Be accurate and not misleading
• • Not infringe on any third-party rights
• • Comply with applicable laws
• • Be appropriate and professional
• • Not contain malicious code or spam

4.3 Portfolio Rights

When posting photos to your portfolio, you must own the rights or have permission to use those images. If photos include other people, you must have their consent to post them.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Collect user data without consent
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• • Engage in commercial solicitation outside the platform's intended use
• • Post adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory material

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PicSpace and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

"PicSpace" and our logos are trademarks of PicSpace. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public view, and your data will be deleted according to ourPrivacy Policy.

7.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• • Engage in prohibited conduct
• • Provide false information
• • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Harm other users or the platform

7.3 Effect of Termination

PicSpace is a platform connecting professionals. We are not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes between users. Exercise caution and good judgment when meeting or working with other users.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PicSpace harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
